PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM (IEP) MEMBACA PERMULAAN BAGI GURU PENDAMPING KHUSUS SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSI
Abstrak
Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para guru pendamping khusus sekolah dasar inklusi dalam menyusun Individualized Education Program (IEP) membaca permulaan bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 42 guru pendamping khusus yang berasal dari 42 sekolah dasar inklusi di Kabupetan Magetan. Instruktur pelatihan sebanyak 2 orang, yang memiliki keahlian di bidang pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan ahli di bidang psikologi pendidikan. Sarana prasarana dan biaya pelatihan disediakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Magetan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 4 hari sebanyak 25 JP, meliputi pembekalan materi, penyusunan IEP membaca permulaan, dan evaluasi dan rencana tindak lanjut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan IEP membaca permulaan dilakukan melalui 3 kegiatan, yaitu pembekalan materi, pelatihan penyusunan IEP membaca permulaan, dan evaluasi dan rencana tindak lanjut. Kegiatan pembekalan materi berjalan dengan baik dan diikuti dengan antusias oleh seluruh peserta pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian diketahui bahwa 86,90% IEP layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Pada akhir pelatihan, dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan IEP membaca permulaan yang disusun guru. Rencana tindak lanjut dirumuskan untuk menentukan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan oleh guru pasca pelatihan.
