The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of capital structure, leverage, and profitability on return on assets at Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority (OJK) for the 2019-2021 period. The method used is a quantitative approach. The data used includes secondary data collected from January 2019 to December 2021, with a total of 30 data (10 companies x 3 years). The results showed that capital structure, leverage and profitability simultaneously had an effect on return on assets (ROA), capital structure had a not significant positive effect on return on assets (ROA), leverage had a significant positive effect on return on assets (ROA) and profitability has a significant positive effect on return on assets (ROA).

INCREASING HUMAN RESOURCES FOR INMATES IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

ABSTRACT

Progress in the field of Human Resources in Indonesia has entered a new stage by prioritizing Human Rights so that all citizens, including those who are inmates in Correctional Institutions, can follow this big agenda. This research will use an approach with a literature review that comes from several data sets that have a track record that has been recognized by international researchers. The results of the study indicate the need for collaboration with other institutions in managing inmates, especially the development of Human Resources so that they can return to society with positive things when serving their sentence, and it is necessary to increase the number of sides of the Open Correctional Institution so that they can function properly and not limiting their creativity later.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami interaksi antara praktik akuntansi manajemen, aspek hukum, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan strategi pemasaran digital dalam pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di sektor makanan & minuman di Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan beberapa kasus studi untuk memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut saling berhubungan dan berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM dalam konteks industri makanan & minuman. Melalui analisis yang terintegrasi, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing UMKM di sektor makanan dan minuman.

Indonesia is a developing country where the majority of the population is Muslim.

Islam is a religion that teaches all aspects of life needed by humans. This aspect does not

only cover worship, but also muamalah which aims for common welfare. In Islam there

are several worship activities that have an impact on human welfare, including waqf and

zakat. Indonesian people are still very unfamiliar with waqf and productive zakat which

are very useful for poverty alleviation in Indonesia. With the diversity of productive

waqf and the awareness of the Muslim community in Indonesia, it is hoped that waqf

and zakat can develop so that they can empower people in need. This study aims to

determine the role of waqf and zakat in improving the economy of the people in

Indonesia. The research methodology used is literature review. The reference source for

this research is previous research on productive waqf.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV DAMANSARA SURAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh dari variabel independent yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Metodologi dari penelitian ini menggunakan diskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di CV Damansara Surakarta dengan jumlah sampel 49 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis (analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi) dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sedangkan Disiplin Kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Damansara Surakarta (Y).
