Abstract

ABSTRACT

Progress in the field of Human Resources in Indonesia has entered a new stage by prioritizing Human Rights so that all citizens, including those who are inmates in Correctional Institutions, can follow this big agenda. This research will use an approach with a literature review that comes from several data sets that have a track record that has been recognized by international researchers. The results of the study indicate the need for collaboration with other institutions in managing inmates, especially the development of Human Resources so that they can return to society with positive things when serving their sentence, and it is necessary to increase the number of sides of the Open Correctional Institution so that they can function properly and not limiting their creativity later.
