L). The study was conducted using the Complete Group Random Design (CGRD) method with two treatment factors. The first factor involved three types of organic planting media: (M1) a blend of soil, manure, and burnt husks; (M2) a blend of soil, manure, and cocopeat; (M3) a blend of soil, manure, burnt husks, and cocopeat. The second factor comprised three varieties: (V1) Grand Rapid green lettuce, (V2) Red Rapid red lettuce, and (V3) Lollo Rossa red lettuce. The findings indicate that treatment (M3), consisting of soil, manure, burnt husks, and cocopeat, influences leaf width, plant weight, and dry stash weight. The best yield was observed in treatment (V1) with the Grand Rapid green lettuce variety showing significant effects across all parameters. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Organic growing media does not affect all observation parameters related to the growth and yield of lettuce plants. 2. Varietal differences have a noticeable impact on all observation parameters related to lettuce growth and yield. 3. The interaction between organic growing media and plant varieties significantly affects the observation parameters of plant height and plant weight, while it does not affect leaf width and dry stash weight.
2024-07-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL ILMIAH AGRINECA https://ejournal.utp.ac.id./index.php/AFP/article/view/3625 Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum Esculentum) Dengan Aplikasi PGPR 2024-07-30T09:50:48+07:00 Dharend Lingga Wibisana dharendlingga@upy.ac.id Jimmy Dwi Anggara jimmydwianggara@gmail.com Paiman paiman@gmail.com
Vegetables like tomatoes are in high demand, grow in value annually, and are significant to the Indonesian economy. According to the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, cauliflower production has decreased from 2019 to 2021, therefore it is necessary to improve maintenance, one of which is by providing Phosphorus fertilizer to increase productivity. This will increase the rate of photosynthesis to produce high productivity and the correct dose of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to maximize growth in the vegetative and generative phases thereby increasing the yield of cauliflower plants. This research aims to determine the effect of giving various doses of Phosphorus and POC fertilizers on the growth and yield of cauliflower plants. The research was carried out in the village, Girilayu, Matesih, Karanganyar from February to May 2024. Using the Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the dosage of Phosphorus (P) fertilizer P1: 100 kg/ha, P2: 150 kg/ha, P3: 200 kg/ha. The second factor is the dose of POC (C), C1: 4 cc/L, C2: 8 cc/L, C3: 12 cc/L. The results research showed (1) Giving various doses of Phospor fertilizer had a very real effect on fresh stover, dry stover, plant diameter, plant weight per plant, and crop weight per plot. However, it does not have a real effect on plant height and number of leaves. (2) Giving various doses of POC had a very real influence on fresh stover, dry stover, plant diameter, and plant weight per plant had a real influence on crop weight per plot and had no real influence on plant height and number of leaves. (3) The interaction between treatments had a very real influence on fresh stover, dry stover, and plant weight per plant, and had no real influence on plant height, number of leaves, plant diameter, and weight per plant plot. (4) The highest results were obtained in the branch pruning treatment 3 weeks after planting with an NPK fertilizer dose of 200 kg/ha, namely a plant weight of 11,997.4 grams per plot (26,644 kg/ha).
2024-07-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL ILMIAH AGRINECA https://ejournal.utp.ac.id./index.php/AFP/article/view/3810 Efek Pengaplikasian Sitokinin Dan Paclobutrazol Terhadap Ukuran Rimpang Tanaman Kunyit (Curcuma Domestica Val.) 2024-08-06T21:23:15+07:00 Nur Fitriyah fitriyahnoer@gmail.com Nunuk Helilusiatiningsih nunukhelilusiatiningsih@gmail.com Galih Adji galihadji@gmail.com
Since COVID-19, the demand for turmeric has continued to increase both domestically and for export opportunities. This encourages the continued development of turmeric cultivation. The use of growth regulators can be done to regulate plant growth patterns. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of cytokinin and paclobutrazole on the size of the rhizomes of turmeric plants (Curcuma domestica Val.). This study used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors, which are : Factor I Cytokinin (S) consists of 3 kinds, namely S1: 0 mg/l water, S2: 10 mg/l water and S3: 20 mg/l water while, Factor II: Paclobutrazole (K) consists of 4 kinds, namely: P1: 0 g/l water, P2: 0.50 g/l water, P3: 0.75 g/l water, P4: 1 g/l water. Based on the results of the experiment, it shows that the application of ZPT Cytokinin (BAP) and Paclobutrazole on turmeric plants gives a real interaction effect on the observation of vegetative growth of plant height, while on the harvest observation variable only gives a real interaction effect on the observation of plant biomass and not real on the number of tubers and tuber weight. The concentration and time of application of cytokinin (BAP) and paclobutrazole will affect the nature of stimulation and inhibition of growth, the application of BAP at a concentration of 10-20 mg / l water can increase growth but if combined with paclobutrazole above 0.75 g / l water will actually have an inhibiting effect.
2024-07-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL ILMIAH AGRINECA https://ejournal.utp.ac.id./index.php/AFP/article/view/3727 Pengaruh Panjang Batang Dan Macam ZPT Terhadap Pertumbuhan Awal Stek Soka Jawa (Ixora Javanica L.) 2024-08-06T21:34:27+07:00 Yoppy Zakaria yoppyzakaria@gmail.com Tarwa Mustopa Tarwamustofa@uniska-kediri.ac.id Supriyono Supriyono@gmail.com Pamuji Setyo Utomo pamujisetyoutomo@gmail.com
Soka jawa atau Ixora javanica merupakan genus tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae yang memiliki lebih kurang 500 spesies.
