Tourism is directly affected by climate change. This makes tourism businesses and tourists have to adapt because climate change also changes tourist behavior. Changes in tourist behavior include the choice of tourist attractions and the behavior of choosing when to travel. The selection of accommodation and culinary options, which are part of a tourism journey, have also changed. The aim of this outreach is so that tourism business actors gain more knowledge about changes in tourist behavior and so that tourism business actors can formulate their best strategies to mitigate changes in tourist behavior. Socialization was carried out directly to tourism business actors on Pulau Merah Beach, Banyuwangi, such as managers of hotels, cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. After being given socialization, tourism business actors can adapt to climate change and implement it in the environment around their business. The entrepreneurial spirit has the benefit of equipping oneself to open up employment opportunities amidst the difficulty of finding work. The spirit of entrepreneurship does not just appear in individuals, for this reason, entrepreneurship training programs are critical to bringing out the spirit of entrepreneurship in students. The training will be provided in September 2024 using the workshop method. Starting with the introduction stage, problem analysis, providing materials, grouping participants, and providing business starters and business toolkits, after the students are given one month and then an evaluation is held. The training was attended by 30 students and 2 Islamic boarding school caregivers. The result of this training is that each group of students creates a business whose progress will later be monitored by the training implementer. Previously, participants had never received similar training so they had no idea at all about the business world. So it is very necessary to provide understanding and also direct assistance to the digital marketing mode to songkok craftsmen in order to increase their turnover. In addition to accelerating the implementation of digital marketing for songkok or peci craftsmen in Kepudibener village, it is also considered necessary to strengthen the distribution of the supply chain of raw materials to songkok craftsmen. This was done because it was suspected that the income of songkok craftsmen in Kepudibener village was still not optimal due to cheap wages and late materials. Most of the promotions carried out by MSME entrepreneurs are still limited to traditional methods, such as word-of-mouth, with customers primarily coming from the local community. In fact, the potential for MSME development can be maximized through the utilization of digital technology, such as Google Maps, which can serve as a more effective and efficient promotional tool for expanding product sales reach.<br>Based on this, the aim of this Community Service initiative is to provide branding assistance and entrepreneurship human resource education to MSME partners in optimizing the use of Google Maps as a promotional tool for their businesses. The assistance activities use a lecture method complemented by practical demonstrations to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to use Google Maps to digitally tag their business locations, along with theoretical education on entrepreneurship. The training was conducted from October 13 to 15, 2024, in Surakarta, with 5 participants, who are MSMEs from the area.<br>The results of this community service indicate a significant improvement in the MSME partners' ability to practice entrepreneurship and utilize Google Maps for promoting their businesses. This is reflected in the comparison between the pretest and posttest scores, showing an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in using the application. As an outcome of this activity, all participants successfully marked their business locations on Google Maps, making it easier for the wider community to find their businesses. The application of digital technologies like Google Maps, combined with entrepreneurship human resource education, has proven to positively impact MSME promotion and expand their market reach. Mereka sering merasa tidak percaya diri, kesulitan mengintegrasikan aspek teknis, dan kurang siap untuk bersaing di tingkat global. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, program pelatihan </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">"English for Presentation"</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris dengan konten terkait pertanian. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam presentasi, mengembangkan keterampilan presentasi yang efektif, dan memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengintegrasikan elemen teknis dalam presentasi Bahasa Inggris. Pelatihan ini melibatkan sesi pelatihan, praktek, dan simulasi presentasi. Partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam setiap tahap diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris dan keterampilan presentasi mereka. Hasil yang diharapkan melibatkan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris, meningkatnya rasa percaya diri dalam presentasi, keterampilan presentasi yang lebih efektif, persiapan yang lebih baik untuk bersaing dalam kompetisi internasional, dan kemampuan untuk mengintegrasikan aspek teknis dalam presentasi Bahasa Inggris. Program </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">"English for Presentation"</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> berlangsung selama satu bulan dan dilakukan evaluasi melalui umpan balik dari mahasiswa dan penilaian instruktur. Langkah-langkah kerja program mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, penetapan tujuan, persiapan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi program. Soft skills aim to train personality, communication skills and character development needed to provide good performance in the world of work and business. Students' soft skills make it easier to interact with the surrounding environment, especially the work environment.
