Abstract

The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide insight, understanding and knowledge of soft skills to students at Margoyudan Christian Vocational School, Surakarta. Soft skills play an important role and are very much needed in today's world of work. Even soft skills replace hard skills and mastery of technology. Soft skills aim to train personality, communication skills and character development needed to provide good performance in the world of work and business. Students' soft skills make it easier to interact with the surrounding environment, especially the work environment. The activity of this community service program is to provide outreach to Margoyudan Christian Vocational School students in Surakarta as generation Z and is an effort to increase understanding and knowledge about soft skills for generation Z in entering the world of work which is full of competition
